Mark Weissman
Mark Weissman, President of Weissman Realty Group, LLC is a graduate of the New York University School of Law. Mark’s legal experience has proved to be an asset in the many real estate transactions he has been involved in over the years running the gamut from single-family to multi-million dollar investment deals. Mark founded Weissman Realty Group in 2006 to bring his vast legal real estate knowledge, experience and service professionalism to his clients and community. His attention to detail and the care he brings to everything he does are the reasons for his success and repeat business.
Sherri Slochowsky
Sherri Slochowsky doubles as Associate Broker /Office Manager at Weissman Realty.
She started her real estate career in Los Angeles and became licensed here in New York over 25 years ago.
Sherri started with Weissman Realty in 2007 while the business still operated out of Far Rockaway, and has helped Mark Weissman build the residential division to what it is today. Sherri has lived and worked in the Five Towns for 26 years and has close ties to the community.Since Sherri joined Weissman Realty, she has sold or rented many houses and apartments in each of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway.
Kathy Rosenberg
Associate Broker Kathy has been involved in the real estate business for most of her life. Her husband was a developer in Manhattan and Dallas, Texas and Kathy assisted him in rentals, management, overseeing renovations and design choices.
As a new immigrant to Israel, in 1989, Kathy began working for a well known Jerusalem broker and after a very successful first year, decided to open her own business. She sold, rented and managed many apartments in the Jerusalem area and Kathy became one of the first in Israel to get a broker’s license and operated her business until 2000 when she returned to the US.
Kathy then became a licensed salesperson working for a firm in Hewlett. After two years she became licensed as a broker.
Kathy joined the Weissman Realty Group in July 2014 and has been busy with rentals sales, property management and contracts as well as developing a proficiency in short sales.
Mindy Avner
Mindy Avner is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College in Sociology, Business and Liberal Arts. Mindy was born and raised in the 5Towns giving her a unique scope of what our town has to offer and the ability to make everyone feel at home. She will get to know you and provide the attention you deserve in any and all Real Estate transactions. We are so glad to have Mindy as a part of our team..
Melissa Nonken Gursky
Melissa Nonken Gursky brings over 30 years’ experience in sales, customer service/community relations, print and online journalism, inventory management, and administration, in both for-profit and non-profit settings to Weissman Realty Group. Her demonstrated ability to develop new business, negotiate prices for goods and services, and utilize new technologies and best practices demonstrates that she emphasizes individualized customer service and always puts her clients’ needs first. She is an advocate for women in business and families in crisis.
Working in real estate has given Melissa a great opportunity to use these skills to sell a product that she loves. HOMES. Buying, selling, building, and furnishing. Residential rentals and sales, short sales, investment properties, and multi-family properties. Bonrouhi
Moshe Bonrouhi is our Inwood expert at Weissman Realty. He is a licensed real estate salesperson currently continuing his education toward becoming an actuary at Touro College. His knowledge and dedication make him a valuable team player and overall great person to work with.
